Every Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., come and treat yourself to an artisanal and tasty brunch with local colors and seasonal flavors! Available in 4 versions – Meunier, Vigneron, Fisherman or Market gardener – each as appetizing as the other to delight all gourmets!

Miller's Brunch

Glass full of energy (mixture of freshly squeezed fruits and vegetables)

Assortment of breads, butter and jams
Bowl of yogurt and chia seeds garnished with fruits with Lutry honey

Pancake or French toast, with syrup or salted butter caramel

Winegrower's Brunch

Chasselas glass or glass full of energy

Assortment of local cheeses and charcuterie

Perfect egg on bacon emulsion, homemade toasted brioche and bean salad

Fisherman's Brunch

Sparkling cup or glass full of energy

Valais trout gravlax toast

Scrambled free-range eggs with green asparagus

The Market Gardener's Brunch

Mimosa cup or glass full of energy

Toast garnished with its garden of raw and grilled vegetables

Fried egg, spinach and pea soup with chervil

The Unmissable Brunch

Served on Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

 

Burger of the moment, served with its accompaniments

Caesar salad garnished with its hard-boiled egg from Charles Edouard
